This lovely 4 bedroom detached villa is in a quiet, peaceful and private location on the outskirts of a very traditional and friendly village which has a variety of good restaurants and taverns, two shops and a bank.
There are stunning uninterrupted views of rolling countryside and the sea.

All of these (except the toilet) have patio doors leading out on to the large veranda that runs along the whole of the side of the house that overlooks the pool, with spectacular views over the countryside down to the Akamas coast and the sea. The sun sets in this direction and is often very beautiful. On the veranda outside the kitchen is a large self cleaning spa bath.
There are fly screens in all rooms and radiators which use LPG gas. There is provision for air conditioning but no units as the gentle all year round breeze and wonderful climate in kathikas has meant that they have not been needed. An added bonus of this is that there are no moskitos in kathikas.
The whole villa has had an extensive damp treatment and IT NEVER HAS ANY DAMP which many properties in Cyprus suffer from.
Outside, apart from the pool area, there is a large walled and fenced garden which is lined and stoned and planted with shrubs and trees. It is very mature and needs little maintenance. There is concrete standing for a large shed.
The pool is 10mx5m, is salt water and has a self cleaning squid so it also needs very little maintenance. It is paved around with stone tiles so that it doesn’t get hot to walk on or slippery when wet.
