At the most attractive place in the ski resort Kolasin in the north of Montenegro , we sell a plot of 6076 sqm. We have made preliminary plans of 24 cottages on approximately 110 sqm. The project name is Sunvalley and is consequently in a sunny valley with a rushing river at the boarder of the plot and with a stunning view of the snow capped mountains.
The site is located approximately 2.5 km from the center of Kolasin and on the road to the new ski center (4km ) .
